'Trust is important. But once a promise is broken, 'sorry' means nothing'
~ Drake
It's true, when a promise is broken, apology means nothing. And I remember a famous saying on trust, where trust is like a mirror, once broken, though it can be fixed, it won't never be the same again!
Last 2 weeks, my tailor promised to complete my dress for an important day by end of March. So I waited for her call and disappointingly, I didn't receive any. Yesterday, I sent her a text asking about the progress and surprisingly, she was asking for more time. This is a bad experience with the tailor, and I lost trust against her. Now, I am thinking of getting other tailor for my important day instead of putting risks with her. She broke the mirror, and now that all I can see is a different mirror.

You have to leap first, and trust later. But yes you're right, once its broken...its hard to piece back together!
